PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING
Prince Corporation requires pre-employment testing
to be completed prior to an employee's start date with the Company. The
Human Resource Manager is responsible for scheduling the testing for the
employee. Listed below are the steps that are necessary to complete the
new hire procedure once an applicant has been offered a position with
the Company:
- Pre-employment urinalysis drug
screen to be completed as soon as possible.
- Pre-employment physical/examination
to be completed two to three days following the drug screen.
- Complete all new hire paperwork
with the Human Resource Manager, once all pre-employment test results have
been reported to the Company.
- Start date and time will be
determined for the employee.
NOTES:
- A positive drug screen
result (Step #1) will automatically withdraw the job offer from the Company and cancel the
remaining steps (#2, #3 and #4).
- If the results from the
physical/examination (Step #2) determine that the written job requirements cannot be met, the
job offer from the Company will be withdrawn and the remaining steps (#3
and #4) will be cancelled.
All testing will be done at the Marshfield Clinic Occupational Health
services department. This department is located on the ground
floor of the clinic building. You may enter through the Urgent
Care doors and proceed straight down the hallway to the Occupational
Health department.
- You must have a photo ID along with
you for your appointments.
- The clinic will send the results and
bills for these services to Prince Corporation.
