• Jade green.
• Greens up quickly in the spring.

Light/Soil Requirements:
• Thrives in light to dense shade.
• Performs very well, even on damp sites and light, sandy soils.

Stress Tolerance:
• Withstands heat and drought if well watered.
• Extremely winter hardy.
• Good disease resistance.

Establishment Rate:
• Bluegrass establishes slower than fescues and ryes.
• Keep damp 7 to 21 days.

Seeding Rate:
• Bare ground: 4-5 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.
• Over seeding: 2 to 2 ½ lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.
